1. Membership fees paid towards Club Radiant International LLP are non-refundable, as they cover administrative services, membership activation, and access to holiday planning facilities.

2.Any third-party charges such as airfare, transport, visa, or hotel incidentals are governed by respective service providers.

3.Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with written communication and company policy.

4.No verbal assurances or representations shall be considered valid unless confirmed in writing by the company.

 

No verbal assurances, promises, or representations made by sales executives shall be considered binding unless expressly mentioned in writing by Club Radiant International LLP.

All disputes are subject to Surat jurisdiction only.
